  • I wish a copy of this letter could be sent to every CEO of every company in the US, although I do not agree with the sterotypes of my generation and the need for "us" to be "babysat" while at work, I do feel that something could be said for positive reinforcement in the work place. I do not agree that the previous generations were on the right tract as far as selling their souls to the company, and in turn I think American companies have thought of the American worker as disposible. As far a product yeild for a more relaxed work enviroment, look to France, they have higher production than the US and they also have 35 hour work weeks and minimum 5 weeks paid holiday time by law. I for one am hoping the millennials will achieve this level of social services seen by the Europeans.
