Roanoke is a terrible ghetto.It's a disgusting cesspool of inbreed backwoods hillbillies, vile homeless and uneducated wiggers. Do yourself a favor and let these people kill each other. Some "upscale" chain of apartments is not going to fix this city or make it look any better.
